Mark Schlachter has proven to be a valuable member of the Kilkenny Crest Team.  What he can’t fix he can figure out how to get it done.  He has safely taken our horses across the country and back.  And best of all, he has a great sense of humor!

Mark, along with Senovio Arreola , manages the facilities at Kilkenny Crest.  They oversee the maintenance of the barns, irrigations systems, fencing, all farm equipment and our small herd of cattle.  Mark does a great job driving our tractor trailer on the road when our show horses and entourage hit the road.  Senovio makes it possible to feed the Kilkenny horses the best hay around – he manages the 80 acres of hay fields insuring they are maintained, seeded, cut and baled when the timing is just right.

Senovio has made sure he has the best help around, hiring his brother Raul and nephew Alfredo to help out.  It is because of Raul that we have some of the greenest fields in Central Oregon.  And we owe it to Alfredo that the landscaping is so gorgeous.

Together this crew keeps Kilkenny beautiful, and most importantly, functional.
